Do you want to change the belt on your SportPlus excercising bike, but you're not sure how?
If so, you're in the right place. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps involved in changing the belt on your SportPlus device.
Preparation
Before you begin, you'll need to gather the following tools and materials:
- A crank puller
- A flathead and Phillips screwdriver
- A wrench
- A new belt

Remove the crank and housing.
The crank and housing of the excercising bike must be removed to access the belt. To do this, use the crank puller to remove the crank. Then, remove the housing.

Remove the axle nuts and tensioners.
There are axle nuts and tensioners on the lower axle of the excercising bike. These must be removed to remove the axle.

Remove the small belt.
The small belt is located between the upper and lower axles of the excercising bike. It must be removed to remove the axle.

Remove the 2x3 Phillips screws on the tensioner plate.
The tensioner plate holds the two axles together. To remove the axles, you must remove the 2x3 Phillips screws on the tensioner plate.

Remove the upper and lower axles.
The upper and lower axles can now be removed.

Replace the belt.
The old belt can now be replaced with the new belt. Make sure that the new belt is installed correctly.

Reinstall the tensioners in their original position.
The tensioners can now be reinstalled. Make sure that the tensioners are installed in their original position.

Check the alignment of the belt.
After the tensioners have been reinstalled, you should check the alignment of the belt. To do this, slowly turn the crank and observe the belt. If the belt is not aligned properly, you may need to adjust the tensioners.

Reinstall the crank and housing.
The crank and housing can now be reinstalled.
