We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with your SportPlus device!
In this case, there are basically two possible options as to how we can help you:
Option 1: Replacing the coil yourself
If your device is leaking oil during normal use, then it is most likely due to the coil. Fortunately, it is very easy to fix this problem. The best and quickest solution to get your device up and running again would be to replace the spool and drawstring yourself.
In the following video, we show you how the replacement works using the SP-MR-008 model. This process does not differ significantly between the different models.
If you have any questions or uncertainties during the process, you can of course contact us at any time via the usual channels (see below) and carry out the replacement with our professional help.
Please let us know if you are comfortable with this exchange.
To ensure your request is processed quickly, please provide the following information:
- Meaningful subjectline
- Copy of your invoice
- Your full name
- Your address
- Your e-mail address and/or telephone number
- Several pictures or a video that shows your request clearly and comprehensibly.
- A photo of the nameplate (often located on the rear foot).

Option 2: Replacing the main device
We want to offer you the best user experience and therefore want to do everything we can to help you. For this reason, (in some cases) we also offer to replace the main device in the event of a problem.
However, we would first need to schedule a collection of the old device with you, after which we would send you a new device.
For organizational and logistical reasons, we can unfortunately only collect our devices in their original packaging.
Note: You can also use the packaging of the new device.

You can also change the coil yourself!
It's really easy and protects the environment. We show you how to do it in the video.
(In consultation, the warranty remains unaffected)
