Due to their size and the number of parts, some equipment is sent in several packages, which unfortunately are not always delivered at the same time.

Please let us know exactly which parts are missing so that we can help you.

Please make sure you provide us with the following information so that we can help you promptly:
- Meaningful subject
- Copy of your invoice
- Your full name
- Your address
- Your e-mail address and/or telephone number
- Part number of the missing part(s)
- Several pictures or a video that clearly and comprehensibly shows your request.
