We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases from us and understand that plans can sometimes change.
We are happy to try to change or cancel an order you have already placed.
However, as our order processing is becoming increasingly automated, the cancellation of an ongoing order isn't always possible.
Please check as soon as possible whether your order is already on its way to you:

If your order has already been collected from us, we are unfortunately no longer able to cancel it from our end.
In order to still cancel your purchase, you now have two options.
- On delivery: Please refuse to accept the order and indicate that you wish to cancel it.
- Digital: Alternatively, you can refuse acceptance now in the GLS self-service portal, stating the consignment number (this will or has been sent to you in a separate email) and your zip code.
You will also find the link for this in the notification email from GLS.
The parcel(s) will then be returned to us.
As soon as we have received and checked the delivery, we will refund the purchase amount.
Please note that it may take a few days to check the return.
Of course, the refund will only be made if the purchase price has already been paid.
