We are happy to help you track the status of your shipment with our shipping service provider GLS.
1. Check your email
As soon as we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Just look for an email from "SportPlus" in your inbox or spam folder.
2. Visit the GLS website
Open a browser and go to the GLS website, or click on the following link:
https://gls-group.eu/DE/en/home/
3. Enter your tracking number
Click on the field below the label "Where is my parcel?" and enter your consignment number.
4. Track your shipment
Click on the blue arrow to the right of the field to see the current status of your shipment. Here you can also see the estimated delivery date of your order.
Important: Some of our items are delivered in several packages.
