Generally, in this case, there are two possible options.
Option 1: The pull cord has torn within the warranty period of 24 months.
If you bought the rowing machine from us less than 2 years ago and the pull cord has already torn, we would like to apologize under all circumstances.
To address your concern as quickly as possible, we would therefore ask you to submit a new inquiry using our contact form. Please make sure to provide us with the following information so we can help you immediately:
- Meaningful subject
- Copy of your invoice
- Your full name
- Your address
- Your email address and/or phone number
- Several pictures or a video that clearly and understandably shows your issue.
We will review the case and, if necessary, carry out a free repair or replacement.

Option 2: The pull cord has torn after the expiration of the warranty period of 24 months.
If the purchase date is outside the warranty period, you naturally have the option to purchase a new "spool with pull cord" from our spare parts shop.

There, you can order the appropriate replacement spool with pull cord and repair the rowing machine yourself.
