Dear customer,

We are sorry to hear that your newly purchased rowing machine has a defective/faulty water tank.

Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to replace the water tank.

Instructions

In the first step, we want to attach the tank system to the main frame #1.

Make sure that the filler opening #33 is centered on the left side of the water tank. (Left side when you are sitting on the rowing machine)

Attach the tank support #7 to the main frame #1 and make sure that the screw holes on the tank support #7 are aligned with the screw holes on the upper tank #12.

To make it easier to align the screw holes, you can insert a pin into one of the screw holes on the tank.

Now attach the #7 tank bracket with six #90 screws

The #7 tank bracket must then be attached to the frame with four #58 flat screws.

The magnetic seat #21 can now be inserted into the impeller shaft #11.

The next step is to connect the impeller shaft #11 and the magnet seat #21.

To do this, the holes in the respective parts are aligned and a pin #45 is inserted (see illustration).

To do this, lift the impeller shaft #11 to align the hole and the impeller shaft #11 (as shown in the 3D image) and then insert the pin #45 into the magnet seat #21.

Now roll the drawstring onto the coil #14, holding the handle #9 and the coil #14 in the correct position as shown in the picture (note: the coil #14 should then lie flat).

Insert the coil #14 into the impeller shaft #11 (the direction of the tension band should be as shown in the blue line).

Now secure the coil by placing the #8 plate on the #14 grid belt wheel (keep the hole towards the left side) and secure it to the main frame with four #58 flat screws.

Pull the handle #9 to check that the impeller #11 works smoothly and does not make any strange noises.

Guide the handle #9 through the cover #15 and then secure the cover #15 to the main frame and the handle #9 to the bracket #17.

Place the machine upright as shown in the picture.

Now attach the lower tank plate #78 in the groove of the lower tank #13.

Then insert two pins into the screw hole as shown in the picture to hold the position.

Fix them with four #60 screws and four #71 flat screws.

Lay the machine down as shown in the picture, then assemble the computer post and secure it with another four #60 screws and four #71 flat screws.
