We are sorry to hear that the pedals of your new SportPlus device are squeaking or wobbling.

In the past, we have occasionally received inquiries from customers about wobbly or squeaky pedals.

This issue is usually easily resolved.

If your pedals wobble or squeak, it is often because the washers provided (#14) have not been fitted on the inside of the bracket, or may not have been fitted at all.

It is also advisable to clamp the supplied foam rubber strips on the inside to reduce possible play.

Try attaching the washers or clamping the foam rubber strips.
