Your device is displaying the error E1 – this means that the actuator motor is not moving to the intended position. Unfortunately, this can have several causes:

• Actuator motor is defective
• Power supply is defective (- the power supply may whistle)
• Computer is defective
• Mechanics are jamming

Since identifying the error is not always straightforward, we would ask you to fill out our inquiry form and describe the issue as best you can. Please feel free to use photos, or possibly a video to clearly show when the error code is displayed.

This way, we can further narrow down the problem and find a solution as quickly as possible.

Please make sure to provide us with the following information so we can help you immediately:

• Meaningful subject
• A copy of your invoice
• Your full name
• Your address
• Your email address and/or phone number
• Several photos or a video that clearly and understandably shows your concern
