We always strive to create a smooth process for setting up your new sports equipment. But sometimes the technology doesn't quite play along as we would like it to.
Do you suddenly have no resistance during training for no apparent reason or after a banging noise? Then it may be that your drive belt has come loose from the pulley and can no longer transmit power.
To check this, we ask you to open your device for inspection. (Your warranty claim remains valid in this case)
To do this, please loosen all the screws on the housing and open it carefully.
There are now two possible options:
Option 1: The drive belt is intact and has only slipped off the pulley.
In this case, you can simply put the belt back on the pulley. Make sure that the grooves are still clearly visible and that the spool and flywheel are centered. If necessary, you can align them correctly before fitting the drive belt.

Option 2: The drive belt is torn and therefore no longer intact.
If the belt has broken for unforeseen reasons, it is important to clarify when you bought your device. If the purchase was made within the last two years, the damage may be covered by the warranty.
In order to deal with your request as quickly as possible, please submit a new request using our contact form.
Make sure you provide us with the following information:
- Meaningful subject
- Copy of your invoice
- Your full name
- Your address
- Your e-mail address and/or telephone number
- Several pictures or a video that clearly and comprehensibly shows your request.
We will review the case and, if necessary, carry out a free repair or replacement.

If your device is more than two years old, we unfortunately cannot offer you any warranty service. The drive belt is a wearing part that needs to be replaced at regular intervals.
